Atlas Gym was set up by local boy Richard Spacey who basically wanted a gym close to home that wasn’t packed at peak times and offered great equipment.  Voila Atlas Gym was born!

Since then the gym has gone from strength to strength with three fantastic trainers heading up the onsite activities and classes.

We also want to support other local businesses so all our gym equipment is British made by Watson Gym Equipment.  The gym is also home to a beautician who offers a brilliant range of services so you can feel amazing on the outside as well as the inside.
