Several years ago, Jason decided to follow his dream of being a personal trainer. Motivating change in people and helping them to achieve their own personal goals was something that Jason was enthusiastic about.
Jason has gained significant knowledge and experience, as well as multiple qualifications, in the personal training field and he now owns his own fitness company – MOfitness.
Jason has experience in training a vast number of clients with diverse goals, backgrounds and abilities in fitness. He focuses on long-term achievements and helping his clients understand how to keep effectively moving forward with their targets.

Jake has been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for a number of years now. However, it was only during the recent COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns that he decided to pursue his passion for helping others. He has now set up his personal training
business. He wants to motivate and encourage others to fulfil their potential and to chase their fitness goals.
Alongside his level 3 personal trainer qualification he has also become a qualified Nutritional Advisor through the Advanced Coaching Academy. He is in the process of pursuing other qualifications in order to further expand his knowledge as well as give his clients the best possible service along the way.
